The Delex Group Company was founded in 1995, focusing on the Russian market and using the established business relations in that market. In 1998, the company expanded its original focus on machinery, equipment and technologies for road construction and maintenance by the microbreweries in Nizna Tura and Yekatyerinburg. The services connected with asphalt mixing plants and road construction were gradually extended to include provision of experienced finisher crews for one working season only, repairs and resetting of old machinery, recommendations of control operations during road construction, gravel analysis for mixtures and formulations for mixture production concerning climate conditions.
